Ordering design from us is simple. Here is what happens from the first brief to the final files.

Share Your Brief

Tell us what you need, where it will be used and any deadline. Send your logo, brand colours, photos and wording if you have them. If the brief is loose, we will ask a few questions to fill the gaps.

Set Up Your Brand Assets

For new clients we gather your logo files, colours and fonts in one place. Monthly clients also receive brand templates, which speed up future requests and keep every design consistent.

First Designs Delivered

Our designers create the first versions within your package turnaround time. You receive them as previews, sized correctly for each platform or print format, so you can see exactly how they will look.

Revisions and Edits

You send feedback and we make the changes. Design packs include two revisions per design, while monthly plans include unlimited small edits, so tweaks to wording, dates or images are never a problem.

Final Files and Printing

Once approved, you receive print-ready PDFs, PNGs and the editable source files. If you would like us to handle printing, we arrange it through our UK print partners and deliver to your door.

How Much Does Graphic Design Cost?

Our Pack is £99 one-off for five custom designs with two revisions each. The Monthly plan is £249 a month for 20 designs with unlimited small edits and a 48 hour turnaround. Pro is £499 a month for 50 designs, animated graphics and a dedicated designer. Prices are in GBP and exclude VAT.

Do I Get the Source Files?

Yes. You receive print-ready PDFs, PNGs and the editable source files for every design. You own the artwork we create for you, so you can reuse it, adapt it or pass it to another supplier in future without asking permission or paying extra to release it.

Can You Print for Me?

Yes. We can arrange printing through our UK print partners and have the finished items delivered to your door. That covers flyers, leaflets, brochures, business cards and more. It saves you dealing with print specifications yourself, and we check the artwork is set up correctly before it goes to press.

What Types of Graphics Do You Design?

We design social media posts, stories and covers, flyers, leaflets, brochures, business cards, static and animated ad banners, infographics, packaging and labels. If you need something not listed, ask us. Most marketing and print graphics fit within our packages, and we will tell you honestly if a request needs a different approach.

How Fast Is Your Turnaround?

Design packs are delivered within three working days. On the Monthly plan, requests are turned around within 48 hours, and on the Pro plan within 24 hours. Larger pieces such as multi-page brochures may take longer, and we will agree a timeline with you before starting.

Do You Only Work With Local Businesses?

We are based in Wolverhampton and work with plenty of businesses across the West Midlands, including Birmingham, Walsall, Dudley and Telford. Because briefs and files are shared online, we also design for clients across the wider UK, with printed items delivered nationwide through our print partners.

How do we get started?

Will I have one point of contact?

Yes. Every client gets an account manager who knows your business and replies by phone, email or WhatsApp.

What are your working hours?

Monday to Friday, 8am to 10pm. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday, and reply to weekend messages first thing Monday.

Do I own my website and accounts?

Yes. Your website, domain, Google accounts and ad accounts are always in your name. We are given access, never ownership.
