About These Terms

Our Services
The scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each project are set out in your proposal or package. Any work outside that scope will be quoted separately before it starts.
Payments
- One-off projects are paid 50% upfront and 50% on completion, unless agreed otherwise.
- Monthly services are billed in advance at the start of each month.
- All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT unless stated.
- Third-party costs such as advertising spend, domains, hosting and plugins are paid by the client.
Cancellations
Monthly services can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice after any minimum term stated in your proposal. Deposits for one-off projects are non-refundable once work has started.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide content, access and feedback on time, and confirm that any material you give us does not infringe anyone else's rights.
Results
We use proven methods and best practice, but search engines and advertising platforms are outside our control. We cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic or sales.
Intellectual Property
Once paid in full, you own the final designs, website and content we create for you. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned. We are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of profit or data.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
